When I bought the dart the antenna was out and in the trunk since the original radio is missing and a new stereo was chopped (:() into it's place instead. Anyways the hole is still there in the fender. I sort of like the looks of the car without the antenna so what can I use to just plug that hole to stop any water from getting down there?

You could do a few things - either have a body shop weld in a patch and repaint the area, seek out one of the fake antenna plugs used by radio-delete cars from the late 70s/80s, or just pop a plastic hole plug in place:

I went to the hardware store & bought a chrome plated sink spray hose block off. Looks goods & still shines.
