Hey Guys!

I'm replacing the glass in my '69 Super Bee coupe and while removing the glass from the rear pop-out windows I noticed that the weatherstripping (thin plastic & covered in felt) at the front edge of the glass is cracked. I checked the other side and it is in the same shape. Same for the stuff used on the roll down side windows.

I see that this stuff is available to buy new, its just insanely expensive:

$69 per piece! Considering a car takes 4 pieces, $276 seems too expensive for these little pieces!

Is there some other less expensive source for this stuff? From what Ive read I believe that it all comes from Mopar and is priced similarly.

Has anybody used something else that might not be factory correct, but works fine?

Thanks!
Paul

I am looking for these also. I thought I saw them for $29 or$39 somewhere. I gotta go look again.

Hey!

I wonder if this is the same thing:

Its certainly not OE style, but I couldnt care less as long as it fits & functions correctly

Year One had two lines of window weatherstrip: standard replacement and "OE correct". The standard replacement was reasonably priced - worth having a look.

Normally I don't use Year One, but they had a 30% off sale today... I had a few other things to order so I decided to just buy the pieces from them and stop worrying about it.

Thanks for the help!
