I have the '71 dark argent ralleye wheel centers and am trying to decide if it would be easier to repaint or just replace them with the light silver style. Has anyone here done this and is it a real hassle?
Also who would be the best vendor to deal with on purchasing the correct centers (and or paint) and the correct trim rings? 15x7. Should they be chrome or brushed on a 70 B-Body? How about the lug nuts. Didn't Richard E-booger have some nice ones at one time? Thanks for your input in advance!

Have done several sets, use masking tape and a razor to trim. Polished rings for 70, haven't bought them for years, sure you can get them on ebay/summit etc..
