If those are the CE 3 way shocks, i would recommend you go to competition engineering's web site..they have a nice writeup and pictures of how to adjust those shocks, they can be done wrong, ask me how i know

I've got the Summit 3 Ways...not worth the $20 I spent on them. The adjusters are crap. Compress, turn until it clicks, line up arrows to read the setting. Mine NEVER worked. The first thing I heard from mine was CRACK and them it just continually clicks in either direction with an almost indiscernable change in dampening, and the firmest seemed to line up with the light setting.
In my personal opinion (worth only what it cost you) they are a total waste.
