Yes, stock wheels on mid 80's Fifth Ave would be 15X7. Cop Dips and GF were HD slotted 15X7.
Facts are stubborn things.

Well, this is sounding pretty good. Id say @ $12.50 a piece i will be rolling on steelies at a cost of $50. I think i may run down and grab them tomorrow. I assume that small dog dish caps will fit, may need to take a junky one with me to test fit. Thanks guys!!
