It sounds like you need to lean down the idle and part throttle side of the primarys and set the pump circuit up to pump less and in a shorter peroid of time, just like I do I've been fighting the rich condition at part throttle on all of my Dominator carbs, I'm trying to lean them down using my LM1 wide ban, sneaking up on it slowly

I did not read all the posts, so someone already mentioned this, but I had the same issue. I fixed it by installing 1 heat range hotter spark plug. I have never had the problem again. Just my 2 cents
