I need to buy a lower front valance for my project. After experiencing a poor fitting rear pan I would like to get the best fitting front valance available at this time. Does the Goodmark "New Tooling" '70 front valance mean it might be better than some of the others sold on ebay?

I hear good things about AMD.

Any recommendations?

Is there such a thing as old/original tooling? I think everything repoed is new tooling.

I bought one about ten years ago for my HemiCuda. One of the few repro part I've bought that was any good. The metal was "softer" than the original, but other than that it was a very good piece.

I think they mean an improvement to what might have previously been available. The flanges on the repo rear pan fit so bad I had to do a ton of work. I am just hoping the front valance fits much better.

On second thought it was the flanges on the rear qtr panel patches which fit terrible. I ended up cutting off the flanges on the patch panels and welding on the flanges from the original parts.
