I don't think it will bolt right in but I'm no expert and I have been wrong before. The hood of the 66 is different and has a different contour to it. Also, there are no headlamp bezels on the 66 so the trim or surrounds probably won't meet correctly. Here are some pics with the hood up for comparison. First, a 65 Barracuda.
