That's a face only a mother could love.

Yes it is!
I fell in love with the last one and this one is a big block wagon. Super Funky! I love it!

I think I have my answers I was looking for. Sounds like the best way of going about it will be the most cost effective, local exhaust and stock heads.

Thanks to all for helping me not spend unnessary money!
Thanks again.

Mopar to ya!

That sounds awesome. I am building a 1964 polara with a 440 and I am going to use the max wedge system. How cool is the sound uncorked? I can't wait to hear it.

Any thoughts on the 76 head swap?

With the '76 heads, eventhough flow might be better, you still throw away a half point of compression ratio, piston-quench is def. out the window aswell, and if the heads were rebuild and had a valve job, the grinder most likely ground through the hardened area of the seats, leaving you with unhardened seats again.

I would stick with the stock heads and it's 4-bolt valvecovers, or better spend the money on a much more torqier 413 orso.
