Heat gun followed by wax and grease remover if there is any residue still stuck to the car.

Heat it up with a hair dryer and then remove extra residue like stated before

Thanks guys, I'll give that a try, but they almost seem to be etched into the enamel paint.

hello here at the shop we use a rubber ball that u put on a drill to removes pin stripes....u should ne able to get at any auto paint store or tool guy,,,then u may have to use some compound to smooth out where pin stripe was and will have a different color than the paint exposed to elements ,,which in time will blend in ...
