I'm sure it's a c-body miror, not sure what year or model though. Any idea?

not only a C body, ANY Mopar sedan could have it.

73/74 for sure.... because the screw holes. 75 and later hare with internal studs. earliers are with screws closer. That setup is not only for Rallye and standart non remote mirrors, is to all kind of mirrors.

I don't think the gasket matches with mirror.
