how hard is it to fix chips in paint? I just put a couple of chips putting on my window chrome its base clear.

If you want perfect you won't be happy...Rule one use masking tape to protect the paint if your working near it...If your concerned about the masking tape lifting the new paint stick the tape to your clothing first, it will reduce the tapes ability to to stick to the paint but it will still hold well enough to protect the paint...
