I have a 70 RR with power windows,What would inter-change??69 charger non-power??Are power and non -power the same??Thanks

Whats wrong with the regulator you have...
Power vs manual are different.. hardtop vs vert are different...

But if you have the correct regulator even though is has a problem it should be repairable...

I have not tore into it yet.When I try to roll it up or down it SKIPS like there is teeth missing.I have never worked on one.

That may well be the motor, inside the drive gear there are three rubber drive lugs that compress & eventually fail... Instead of the window moving the motor runs & you get a thud thud thud sound... It will do that anywhere in the windows range of travel... If it only does it at the very end of the travel than the teeth on the regulator are likely damaged & the fix is to grab a power window regulator from some other mopar at the junkyard, C bodies, F bodies, M bodies it doesn't matter.. The gear is the same, the mounting plate is also the same... The arms & such are different but you can cut the head off the rivet & save the gear from the J/Y regulator & swap it into your regulator saving all the other original pieces... As you can't duplicate the original jumbo rivet I have just welded a bead onto the original rivet & had no issues with the repair...
