I have (2) 446 engines..

1) 446 525 inch solid lift 250 ish cam, edelbrock 84 cc heads, forged six pack pistons, 10.1 engine. I run a 850 carb with a 727 (3300ish stall) with 8 3/4 3.91 gears.

2) 446 with 480 hydraulic 230 ish cam, stock 915 heads 2.08 1.74 with a 750 carb, 727 stock stall, 3.23 gears.

I have (3) intakes..

1) Ch4b (dual plane)
2) Holley Street Dominator (dual plane)
3) Holley 440 Torker (single plane)

Thanks!

(1) Street Dominator

(2) CH4B

The SD is a single plane by the way...it just makes torque like a dual plane!

Actually my SD is a dual plane.. but thanks. I am wondering if the single plane Torker would be better for engine 1)

I would try the torker. As long as it isn't the torker 2. Liked the old torker better.

I'm with the above post, but the street dom is a dual plane, never seen one?
