Thanks Sean... I'm gonna true up the axle housing today
and get that done so I can order up the axles...
it should be a rolling chassis in a few days... the
last couple of bars(rear bars from the top of the main
hoop to the very rear, tail gate) have to go in when
the body is being lowered on cause they go through
the back window.... the 2 door bars go in the very
last thing so its easier to work inside... I'll start
on my fuel tank in a day or so... making that out of
alum diamond plate.... so its coming along

Looking good. You will be done before me at the rate your going lol. And I started YEARs ago  I need a bigger screen on this phone to really see your craftmanship.  is this moly? I miss'd that part. I think your going to have another nice ride when your done.

Yeah its all moly... I wanted to keep the total
weight at or below 2800# with me in it... I'm trying
to keep MOST of the stock interior in it but some
things will need to be changed around... like the
heater box will get mounted behind the cab and plumbed
into the dash for the defrosters

Well this is where it stands today... got the rear end ready and was fitting the bed cover... cant put it on till I get the tubs in place

One more for today EDIT the rear section thats open will be on a hinge and have a pair of cyl to hold it open... this will give me access to the fuel tank and battery

Thanks... I wanted to have it done for the drag week
but we arent going this year but I still want to try
and keep on my time line... wont be long and I'll be
working on the nicer parts of building a car

This pic is with the frame section over it... this will have diamond plate on it also with a hinge to open for access to the tank and battery(battery will mount just forward of the tank)

IT ROLLS here it is OUTSIDE of the shop... I'll do some sand blasting today on the rear sheet metal so I can fix a couple rust spots
