I've been talking with a restoration company about my 73 Challenger. They are finishing up a 70 Challenger right now. They used the new fenders on that car. They did have a few issues with them but I don't know if it is just related to the Challengers or if the Cuda's are the same way.

The fender to hood gap was really bad.(too tight) They had to section the top of the fender to get the gap right. That was one of the first sets of fenders though. The problem might have been fixed already.
