I am doing a big block swap on a 318 dakota. It has A/C and power steering (rack and pinion). Is there any place that makes adapters to put these units on my big block?

Thanks, I just contacted him, Jerry has a great looking product, but $650 was a little deep for my pockets. Anyone know of a cheaper place?

short of making your own brackets there isn't anything cheaper on the market. give me a call back we can probably work something out.

Thanks Jerry, I will call you. I have a few other parts I have to get to finish the motor first. Then I will contact you. Thanks again.

Jerry makes some good stuff. 650 though? glad I got mine when I did! (what's it been...2 years ago now?) are you making them from all CNC now, or still using modified magnum brackets?

Here's a picture of the kit I bought from him, it runs a stock magnum alternator and A/C pump, a Jeep PS pump, a GM belt tensioner, and adapters to put magnum pulleys on the water pump and crank.

I like it! (Mine's even on a Dakota too!)

The only other options that I know of are A) the cheap kit that simply replaces your pulleys from V-belt to serptentine, and still uses 2 or 3 different belts like the old school V-belt systems.

or B) the 2500 polished chrome version that is 100% custom and all aftermarket.

I like your dakota with the big block. It looks like a nice clean install. What headers did you use? I found one guy that would make custom ones, but wanted $1200.
