I'm having a hard time looking for a disc brake kit for a '70 Dart with 9" drums and a 14" wheel diameter. Does anyone know of anywhere that carries disc brake kits for this application? Any help is much appreciated!!!

The first issue is the weak spindles on the 9" drum cars. Those need to be ditched no matter what. I'd look around for a set of 73-76 discs and use them.

I believe that Scarebird had a conversion kit for the 9 inch drums to mount disk brakes on them. But, I don't know if they are making them still.

As mentioned above, the better bet is to convert it to the 73-76 disk set up. The 9 inch set up really isn't very heavy duty at all. The only caveat is that you'll also have to convert from the small bolt battern wheels to large bolt pattern wheels.

And there's the rub. I have everything I need to do the fronts, but I've been searching for an 8.25" rear end for months with no success.

You may not want to go this route but:

Wilwood has a disc brake conversion for the 9" drums.
I bought this for my Demon, never used it, now don't
need it.
It has the big bolt pattern though.
Will sell cheap.

Well, the other alternative is to see if you can find a Kelsey-Hayes setup from 67-72. Its not exactly easy to find, though.

Is that a '73 - 76 K member with all the pieces?

PM me with the details.
Thanks.
