I just picked this carb up and am fairly certain it's original to a 1964 NASCAR single 4 Race Hemi. Can anyone confirm this? If so, what is the casting or part# for the correct intake that should be used for the carb? I'm assuming it's the old low center "bathtub" single 4 style? Or possibly the early single 4 that looks like the modern single 4 crate 426 Hemi intake.

Scott:
Your correct, a #2532095 List #2973 is a 1964 426 engine carburetor.
Got one in my collection also.

On moparts a few weeks back we had a similiar discussion, and the "bathtub" design was not used until 66 or 67?, but not in 64.

Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

I missed that thread but remember basically the same thing which is why I thought it might have been the more traditional looking single 4 intake. Did that intake have a part#? I'm assuming so but don't have any pics of one.
