There are big honking blocks between the vacuum advance and the dizzy. These aren't factory? Moparlee

Anonymous Unregistered A	Some '70 engines had a distributor retard solenoid. It connected to a "run" ignition source, and the second wire hooked to a switch contact on the carb. When the carb was at "curb idle" (warmed up) the switch on the carb would activate the solenoid and retard the timing at idle--for emission control.
