hey guys does anybody have a decent color match for the argent silver on 69 charger grilles?I would rather have a practical aerasol can color from lowes or home depot but if not how about a ppg#,I happen to work at a body shop.any input is appreciated. I know I could buy a $20.00+ shipping can of aerosol from totally auto but I'd rather not.

Go to the paint, body and trim section and the first post there has some great info. I just finished restoring the grill on my 68 and it came of fantastic!

I have restored a few 69 Charger grilles, I use Trim Black made by SEM. For the silver I use any Dull Aluminum from the paint supply shops, looks very close to original. Hopes this helps.

I used sem trim black and krylon dull aluminum. My grill came out fantastic. I also used gunslingers repro metal trim (all four pieces for 68). Once I have it all bolted back together I`ll post some pics.

Here`s a couple of pics of the end pieces before the anodized trim is installed.

I'm working on one right now and found duplicolor has a bumper / trim paint that in my opinion is spot on! I got it a advance auto.
