I picked up an NOS 73/74 Valiant SE grille and another peice of brand new trim came in the box with it (seller thought it fit the grille but I knew it didn't). Anyway, it took me a while to discover that it was for a 70-72 grille. I just wasn't sure if it was a repop or NOS because it has no packaging. I guess it's NOS. You can lead a gift horse to water, but you can't look in his mouth.
