mopeman OP mopar M Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 614 Id	Ok, so I'm ready to install my eddy performer intake on my rebuilt truck 360 and there are two types of gaskets for it. One is steel and the other is a composite/paper. I checked to make sure and they both fit, I thought one might be for a magnum. The old ones look like the composite/paper. Also, the block does not have the dowels for the front and rear end gaskets, am I ok to install them or should I make some to keep the gaskets in place? Mopar or no car MoPar=Massivly Over Powered And Respected! '93 W250 Ram '68 Charger '67 Coronet 500 my steet/strip rod-now a 6BBL!

MoparforLife Too Many Posts M Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 25,200 Upper Midwest	I wouldn't use the steel on anything. Only use the composite.If you are using an after market intake the dowels cannot be used. They hold the intake up out of place so leave them out.

69Cuda340S master Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 3,333 MARYLAND	Its also best not to use the end gaskets. Use a thick bead of sealer on there instead.
