chache876 OP pro stock C Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 1,371 Costa Mesa, CA	Okay so I've recently installed a mallory hyfire VI-AL igniton box and a sunpro super tach 2 and the tach is not working. I'm assuming I'll be needing a tach adapter to get it to work right (all connections are good) but I see on summit racing there is a $30 adapter and a $110 adapter...what the difference and what should I use? Blue69Charger mopar Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 584 San Jose, CA	I think you need the expensive one for electronic ignition with a magnetic trigger and the cheaper one for points. If you need the expensive one you can use the MSD 8920 tach adapter which is around $50 with free shipping on amazon. I'm using the msd adapter with a hyfire VI-A with no problems.
