lewtot184 master L Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 3,914 usa	not sure when they started but my '68 road runner had cast iron rings and a rope seal; bought the car new. late 60's maybe very early 70's moly rings and neoprene rear main seals were kind of a new thing.

Mcode69 enthusiast M Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 384 Australia	My early ? 340 had moly rings from the factory, can't remember the year 71 or72 maybe, but I don't think 318's etc. got them that early or 360's either.
