i have a pair of ex manifolds 440 hp with these #s on em 9299, and 9179, whats the dates? and how do u tell?

A lot of the time manifold dates are pretty straight forward 9 29 9 = September 29th 69 and 9 17 69 = September 17th 1969
That makes sense (brain fart, not thinking of the breaks) I bet it is the 70 ones he posted in the wiw section...
