I found a 2-1/2" full dual exhaust from HP manifolds back that was on a '71 Roadrunner for cheap.
Will it fit on a '69 Coronet? (or can it be modified easily enough to fit?)
Thanks!!

I can't say with the factory stuff, but I had a 72 Satellite/RR with a 440 that had the headers and full exhaust off of a 69 Road Runner installed on it. It seemed to clear everything okay.

The entire drive train and exhaust was swapped into the car.

One thing though, the 71 R/S exhaust flange will be clocked (indexed/ timed/ twisted) different than a 69. That's the difference between a R/S 71 and 69 exhaust manifold (besides the obvious part number difference).

You'd have to use a R/S 69 exhaust manifold without having the exhaust pipe flange reworked/turned.

Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol

Tail pipes are a different length.I took the tail pipes off of a 68 charger and put them on a 71 roadrunner and had to cut a bunch off.Do not remember how much. Will have to add on to them.

The mounting flanges may not be oriented in the same way between the 2 cars; IIRC, '68 & '69 have the flange bolt locations in the same place but '70-up is different, and I don't know if it changed again in '71 and/or later. Not a big deal, though.
