Is the complete heat riser still available for small block HP manifolds? I bought a used set for my T/A and the heat riser is missing.

just noticed that Jim's and Rock Auto sell heat riser packages. Jim's is $300 and Rock Auto's is $35. Can anyone explain the huge difference?
Is this a repair kit or it is complete if the heat riser is missing from the manifold?
