A 1 1/8 front sway bar first, the $99 ebay ones will do fine for this car since it allready has a sway bar. Next I agree, I'd do Frame connectors. After that, torque boxes. But if you're allready welding in the frame connectors maybe do this at the same time.
You've got the the alignment where you want it, so no need for adjustable struts.
Then if you have any money left go out on a track day and have some fun driving it. You have done a bunch, now go out and play !! Stop messing around with it any more until you get it sorted out on the track.

Very similar to the set-up I've got, however, I've got the 1 1/8 front sway bar, and a 1"(i think) rear sway bar. I've only got 14" rims too...I'll probably end up going with just some good 15" rims w" 245-265 series tires. I've still got to upgrade the brakes, 4 wheel drums. I've got the upgraded front torsion bars too. I'll probably also look for frame connectors in the future too. I'll tell you, nothing more fun than hitting the cloverleaf exits out by me

I did the alignment with this..... Fastrax I borrowed a friends laser level to level out the car. For turn plates I used the weekly ad inserts that come in the Sunday paper. Something about the ink or paper they use makes them slippery and a good tape measure for toe.
It drives straight with no pulling and tire wear is even so I guess I got it close.
Since I usually change one thing at a time on my car, I figured the Fastrax would be a good investment.
Your welcome to borrow it if you want to try it out.

Anyone use the swarbar kits from Just Suspension? Looks like the price is right....$100 http://www.justsuspension.com/category/246 Don't think the rear would work since I have a B-body dana 60. I wonder if I could use a B-body rear kit? I could get the bars for $200 and the frame connectors for another $200. Which leaves me $100 for track day at Summit Point.

This one. I talked to them last week about how you couldn't get caster. The did say some alignment heads are old school and don't have an up and down adjustment.
