Does anyone know what the pressures should be for the mopar 509 hyd? this would be 915 heads with stock valves.

i just used the factory recommended valve

in a 906 head

Finally fitted a solid cam,
stepped it up a bit more
3690lbs through the mufflers
New World block 3780lbs 10.278@130.80 . Wowser 10.253@130.24 footbraking from 1500rpm

I used the MP 933 spring myself, as it was the recomended spring back in the day by MP. Its numbers were 110 lbs @ 1.900 and 333 lbs @ 1,400

Back when I bought them they were advertised and both .510 lift and .520 lift. I used them at .542 lift with my 1.6 rockers. I now see Mancini lists .500 lift

In Hindsight I wouldnt buy them again as they limit you to your max lift.

For the same Money you can get a spring that will allow lifts up to .600+ and still get the pressures that will work great for that cam and allow you to grow to a bigger cam without having to buy new valve springs all over again. mike
