Take the highest probability guess - a stuck motor.
Not unlike the flat-rater approach for disassembling front ends, beat on it.
With the ignition on and the switch held in the direction you wish the window to move, take the flat of your fist of your other hand and smack the inside door panel in the approximate area of where the motor is. If you don't know the exact location, try various places.
The harder you smack, the more likely you are to free it.
Be more conservative in your whacking of a concours restoration...
Good for diagnosing. Good for getting a stuck-down window back up in a downpour.
If this has no action, you are either
a. not smacking hard enough or b. have a switch/connection problem.
Note that if this does get the window moving, you still have to repair or replace the motor. (Neither does turning up the radio permanently fix a rod knock.)
Down to just a blue car now.

Has it been slowing down a lot lately or was it working fine and then just stopped?
Check all connections. Make sure you have power where you're supposed to and a good clean ground. Make sure the switch is clean and isn't worn out.
Failing all that, removal, disassembly and cleaning/repairing of the motor is required. You'd be amazed at how simple it really is. I did it when I was a stupid kid in Grade 11.

A word of caution if you get to a point and try to seperate the motor from the regulator chuck it in a vise if it has a flat spring on the regulator or you could lose a body part
Learned that the hard way when I removed power motors from the regulators on a Cordoba I am parting out. Guess I didnt learn well enough on the first one I took apart,I repeated the mistake on the second one too!!

Biggest problems are broken wiring in the doors bad switches and bad motors. The system is really simple. Two wires go to the motor. One hot one ground. They reverse polarity to make them go up an dowm.Just unplug the motor an put a test light on the 2 wires. It should light in both directions. The wiring is pretty much the same on all Mopar power windows.Rocky
