I was thinking of going back with one. When I found out the price of a Jesel belt drive. But was afraid they might eat up some horse-power. So I ended up using a Indy timing chain. It look fairly nice just hope I did not make a mistake.

Ted, I asked Scott about running one in mine.
He said A good chain is all you need.
He did mention some issues with them as reasons not to use it but for the life of me I can't fricken remember what they were

nice chain Bill...looks like its easy to degree a cam in with...
Ted..my 499 has the Jessel belt drive...I know thats expensive and probably out of the question and there is some minor machining that is involved..
if I did it all over again I might have looked into the Milodon gear setup or a real good chain..only to save a few bucks..
