What is the proper way to clean and maintain all of the rod ends on my front and rear suspension, coil over shocks, etc? How often do you guys inspect? What do I look for, and when should they be replaced? Since this will be my first year at racing I could use any advice you have on keeping my car as safe as possible. Galen

I take them off once a year to feel them and a good
cleaning then clean and lube them on the car about once a month...
I usually will take the pre load off so I can spray
them with brake clean then spray them with WD40 then
turn the preload back in.... takes about 10 minutes
on the rear of the car and just a minute on the front
