Hey guys

getting the R/T put together now, I have the correct engine but purchased the car apart, so now I need throttle cable brackets and a kickdown linkage, and would like to find stuff that's at least similar if not exactly the same as stock...what's out there? Any new stuff available? What are some of you running?

Any help appreciated, thanks!

I meant it as no, they are not...cheap. If his pictures were up I could compare and go through mine. I have boxes of them, but need to ID the pieces.

My bad, it seems year one is much cheaper than the site posted.

Check the Year One website for current prices, they're much higher than the printed page posted above.

Can someone explain why repopped kickdown linkage is so expensive?

I was in the market over the winter and was blown away by the prices. I paid the same amount for a brand new Holley Street Avenger.

Supply and demand, if they sold 1000 of them a day the price would be a lot less.

Wow. I also had no clue as to what reproduction kick down linkages are going for these days.
And i just pulled 3 complete sets off 65-68 Chrysler C body 383 cars this past weekend at the Stockton, CA. Pick-N-Pull, during their 1/2 price sale.

I repainted my engine and bay over the winter and thought I'd treat myself to some new shiny linkage.... till I saw the prices. Silver spray paint was about $400 cheaper

If anyone has good pix of all the individual pieces could they post them? If I had something to compare to I would put good used sets in the for sale section for a fraction of those prices.

The archives have some diagrams that might help ID the individual parts:
