MR_P_BODY OP Master Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 52,972 Romeo MI	No I didnt get out to the track... just got out of the hospital from having shoulder surgery yesterday, I messed up both of them when I fell off the ladder when I was building my shop... I grabbed a beam on the way down and tore up the left one and then also grabbed the ladder and tore up the right one.... at least I didnt hit the concrete with my head and break the concrete... LOL he took out a pretty big chunk of a broken bone that was sort of just laying in there.... oh well, hopefully its better now........... sucks getting OLD.

I think it helps me while I do my rehab
