Drove my Jeep today, ran great for an hour. I got in on the highway, went to stop at an off ramp pushed the clutch in and it started making a whizzing type noise......I put it in neutral and let the clutch out and it stopped. Pushed the clutch back in and it started again......almost like the clutch was rubbing against a dust cover or something....that kind of sound. But it stops when I let the clutch out. When its in gear running down the road it don't do it either....its really strange. And ideas?
