I bought this dart last week out of KY. for 2500
not to bad it does need some body work it needs two 1/4 panels which i got in the deal and a 727 trans . plans ???? don't know at this time put i have got and 440 and 340 to work with. got some time to may up my mind. it got now a 318 904 and a 8 1/4 rear end i do have and 8 3/4 rear for it . the in side are in good sharpe . some pic of it ...

well got some work on the dart. got one 1/4 panel on the car looks good . got one more panel to put on . some work done to the roof .

well got both 1/4 panels on now . looks good did some test paint job on it last week end. its ok
need to do some more work on it. but not bad. just playing with it now . i am going to put a well bulid 360 an a 904 in it .and i mean well bulid one too.. very hot .

i may be selling the 14 in rim on it . don't know just at this time. going with some 15 in rims. 14's are not going to handle the power it is goin gto have. I just bought an 742 8 3/4 case for it for 100 bucks.

A good day gone bad. i was working on the dart today doing some body work that i was needing to get done. and out of know where my dam old air compresser just stopped working for me . it was going to have the day off whether i like it or not. just piss me off. now i have to get a new motor for it. and the company car show is coming in aug so i need to get this car some what done. this is what it looks like at this time..

What do you need air for, I cant see where you would even hook it up to that sanding board on the deck lid. lol As long as your arms do give out you are good to go.

Been doing some work to the dart when my real job lets me. got the motor and trans out all the wiring out the power brake booster off Done some work on some bad spots on the engine bay. hand sanded the engine bay seen i don't have a sanding board that needs air lol .. and got the engine bay painted i got some old school Y1 yellow did not like it just a little to yellow for me . so i bought two qt of white and tone it down some.

Now i like this color much better. now it's time for the manual brakes & streeing box. that all for now.

Well what is the biggest tire can i put on the back of my dart with out cutting or mini tubbing . I am thinking 235's 15's on stock 8 in rims ????? or

Well it been sometime ... update on my ride...

got the block back from the shop a nice price tag to go with it 750 buck to do the block. is a 70 340 30 over now it will be a 416 stroker motor.
got new RHS IndyX's prw roller rockers 1.5's
Lunati voodoo cam.242 / 252 or .533 /.552 Bigs 750 stage 5 carb
Hooker headers Super Victor intake Scat rods i beams Scat 9000 4.0 in crank balance KB 416 + .070 still need to get some small stuff.

Now here is the kicker. I am not going to put it in my dart. with that said. i have a 87 Dakota that i was going to put a BB in but that did not turn out. it is back half dana 60 4 link set up 12 point cage 31x18.5x15 QTP's on the back the trans will be a 727 or a 904 ??? have not got that far at this time.. i will need to buy a new set of headers for the truck . the ones i got for the dart will not fit. hooker made a set for the dakota for $450.99 jegs sell them.

This truck should rock .. I HOPE. well thats the update for now..wish me luck.
