Seems to be a rare combo, mine is RM21 4spd., no power steering or power brakes, L1 turquoise, with a.c.. Anybody else?

I had one in 1990 just like yours, I sold it to a guy who said he wanted to restore it, the azzhole parted it out straight away. I never would have sold it to him if I knew the truth.

I think you'd find more in the sun belt area. Especially in the hot south west.

Nice car Ademon!. I actually have inquired with GTS along with getting my A66 registered with him. Problem is I did not get any documentation with this car, it was a rolling chasis ex drag car, but I do know it spent a good part of its life in north FL. I have been able to find someone who thinks they rember the car from a race track called Pecan Park.

Hard to tell that last pic is even a `68, but it is one of the few I had showing the fire wall, so here is another.

Our 70 RR is pretty much that description except it is Rallye Red. Bench seat, manual steer and brakes, 4 speed, AC. The AC equipment forward of the firewall was gone when we got the car but the heater box with condenser and controls were still in it. The heater box and controls are now in the storage room as they are not needed here and don't want the AC.
No fender tag but the right quarter window has the Chrysler Air Temp sticker on it. No idea as to how more or less rare this combo would be in 70 as opposed to 68.

I've had it for a few years and found it on Craigslist, I think it changed hands a few times as it made its way north over a few years previous to that.

I have one. The original 383 and AC equipment are long gone but it was originally a bench seat 4 speed AC post car with a 3.23 SG

It is not possible to find out the combo of options, but AC stick cars are uncommon. I'd venture to say it's rather rare since the '68 RR's MO is not for comfort.

I have the only 68 in reno. I know of 8 69's. The a/c is rare on the east coast and mid-west. I have seen a lot more here in the desert. The LL1 color is rare. If I could have ordered my roadrunner new, thats color I would have picked. Mine is QQ1, which seems like half of them was this color. My wife has a 68 barracuda fastback,QQ1 318, 4 speed, a/c, deluxe interior, disc brake. Have never seen another one like that.
Does your car have the exterior decor package?

I would say that I am 99% sure that my car was born with the decor package, it was just a rolling chassis with no documentation when I got it. It did have the finish panel on the trunk lid which appeared to be original to the car. I will have it painted LL1, hopefully soon but still have a lot of bodywork ahead of me.

awesome car!! we have a 68 rr that we are just beginning to restore. it has a/c, p/s, 4-speed, rm21, LL1 paint with black and silver interior. Could you post underhood pics, as I am missing an alternator bracket and am not sure what it looks like. thanks for your help.
I have not had an engine in it yet, still under resto and I am not even sure that I have an alt. bracket. Shouldn't be to hard to find someone that would post a pic of the bracket you need. Start a new thread and ask someone to post a pic. Good luck. I'd like to see pics of your car. What shapr is it in?.
