My manual shows a bumper #2834-934 called a rear side rail bumper but I cannot find them listed anywhere. It mounts in the arched area of the frame rail above the rear axle and looks like a piece of rubber with metal mounting straps on each side.

If you have the original ones that are triangulated rubber with the metal strap, it can be replated. Insert a screwdriver between the rubber and the metal, spray some lube in there and also do it to the other side. Once both sides are lubed, the strap can be slid out. You may have to clamp it in a vise for leverage, just wrap a rag around the metal to protect it.
The rubber can be cleaned with Acetone, Laquer Thinner, or Enamel Reducer.
