let me try re wording this, what cars have the high torque many starters on them from the factory, my original starter is crap, and does it make any difference if it's going on a big block?

Try these they are listed in the tech archives under electrical topics.
I used one from a Dakota on the 400 in my Coronet, worked fine.

Just ask for a Dodge Dakota....2000, 01, 02, 03 stater. V6 V8. They will have it. It will fit. Its a much better unit, as you probably already know.

I bought one from a Mopart's advertiser, DB Electric. It was $70 delivered. Had it in 2 days.
