Thanks Beepbeep !!! ...I could'nt find any documentation with that peticular part number for what I was contemplating.. ....Which is......... A while back we were involved with a thread on some small detail items and you posted a pic of an original paper tag on a sending unit... I was wondering if you or anyone has any info on the use of this tag...Have you ever run across any more ???Basically, was it a widely used paper tag that eventually {and probably quickly} fell off ???? I was going to make one up for a cool detail item... Any thoughts are apreciated...

Colin

It appears that two different SO/tag part numbers were used on E Bodys. The one pictured above for the 5/16" sender and another for the 3/8" sender. Never have investigated any further to find out what parts made up the number.

Considering what the tag is made of and it's location I'm amazed you found one in such good condition...It's a great reference example... Thanks again for sharing all the great detail items and info you've found...

The p/n for the 3/8" E Body is 3404550. Dave at ECS has made some up.

Thanks for the update.. . I was going through the different fonts last night with the program I was going to use for the tag and it'll be much easier to just make the call...I'm very pleased with everything I've snagged from Dave in the past...
