I recently took my 69 340 B'Cuda down the track to the tune of a 14.19 sec ET. Not bad for a stock big valve 340, with a soft shifting 727, shifting at 5500, and 3.23s with an unknown tc.

Now,my more common cruiser, my 73 Duster, is next in line. The combination is as follows: 6,000 mile 318, rebuilt and cleaned up 318 small valve heads, Comp XE268 cam, comp lifters, comp springs, new Mopar HP rocker shafts, arms, Hooker 1 5/8" headers, Holley 650 DP w/70 jets, 8:5:1 replacement pistons, 4" tall K&N Xtreme air cleaner. The exhaust is a full 2.5" flowmaster setup with an H-pipe. The trans is a 904 with a Trans go shift kit and the converter is near stock at the moment. The 8 1/4 contains 3.21 gears.

I wont have it at the track for a while. Before the rebuild, it ran 15.7 with manifolds,Edelbrock 600 carb, and Comp260 cam(single pattern).

What do all of you think it will run in the quarter at the moment and what kind of power do you think this combo puts out? Yes, its not a fire breather, but just a nice cruiser with what feels like a significant amount of pep and excellent power for what it is.

2016 Ram 1500 Crew Cab: 5.7, 65RFE, 4.56 gears with locker, Hemifever tuned, AFE intake, 87mm throttle body, JBA headers, 3" Flowmaster exhaust, split to dual 2.5" exits. 13.57 best ET so far.

Yeah, I am thinking somewhere in the 14s at the moment. A better converter will definately help the low end out, which with the cam, is as great as the high end, but it is still excellent.

I am guessing 280-300 at the crank, but that is just an educated guess based on what I am running.
