found a deal on a 74 4 door dart window trim, would this fit the front window on our 'cuda? would i need any special gaskets or seals or anything. it should just pop into the original window seal like the original did right?

if this fits and would work great, than our car would look alot better than not really having it...

John, Different front window gasket is required(get the 68/69 cuda) and the trim will need the clips installed as it doesn't pop on like the 67 stuff. MoparMike had mentioned to me that the 4 door stuff was different than the 2 door. I don't really know????

damn. i guess ill just keep looking for some 67 stuff. i was hoping that it would work without any work, or replacing parts or anything. so much for that.

John, taking the front window out is not that big of a deal. Yea, it could break, but with one of those wire cord deals we got mine out with no problem. It also gives you an opportunity to check and see if you have any dash rot. You may well need a new gasket anyhow and the clips to hold the trim are not expensive at all, like $20 for the front and back. When I bought my window trim, I just bought it off ebay. Do a search on "A body" due to the commonality, or as I have said, Tony D has some stuff too. Just ideas.

Glad to see you & your 'Cuda are back out again Mr. Sealock, remember, the Carlisle swap meet/show is less than 60 days away (July 11-13) and there'll be lots of 67-69 'Cuda and A body parts (for a price) and may be worth the wait to get the correct '67 items...seeing the condition first hand - always worth the trip to see all the cars. This show gets bigger every year, biggest on the East Coast I'd say.
