I have a 36 also but it is just body and frame right now.

thanks for the good word. The one show up here that you definitely do not want to miss is the 'Mopars at the Red Barns' in late July. I think you would find the trip to be worthwhile. Is yours going streetrod or staying original?

Street rod or Street/Drag race car.
I don't have enough to make it original as the floors and firewall are all gone, no drivetrain except front axle, no interior but dash.

I do have all exterior sheet metal, all the glass, the frame, the speedo, the grill, and the chrome trim.
I will be selling the car in my sig photo to help do the next project.
It will either be the coupe or my 6bbl RR.

It looks like it is in better shape.
You have done a GREAT job getting yours to where it is now. WOW
I took some photos of it the other day when I was getting the snowmobiles ready for a ride.
I will need to get them on the computer so I can post them for you guys.
Mine has the original frame under it, front axle and 8 3/4 rear under it, doors and trunk lid on it, and the fenders, grill, hood are in the basement for storage.

My brother had a couple photo's of it when we assembled it to see what it would look like but he can't find them and we started tearing it apart to blast the frame about 10 years ago. The frame is in primer now but I may not use it. I will have to see what money allows me to do and go from there.

David, Here is the front frame and firewall I made. I made the frame from the firewall forward, and the crossmember for the C-4 Corvette suspension. The frame from the firewall back is original because nothing fits the body mounts better than stock. Bob

It looks like you know what you are doing and you are doing a Great Job.
My rockers and sill panels have rust on them also that will need repaired like yours.

Hey Dante, Thanks for the kind words, glad to hear that you've started the sheetmetal work. Any pictures of the quarter panel patches installed? I really like to see how well my parts look after installation. I'm hoping to get paint on mine before spring (we'll see). I really want to be able to get it driving this summer to enjoy the suspension. I still remember what my first 36 drove like with the axle, and I'm hoping this one will ride and feel alot better. No pictures on the quarters yet. I am still running the original straight axle with mono leafs, it can be a jolter!
