I'm trying to figure out how to mount a window net in my car. The problem I am having is how to secure the bottom to the cage. Anyone have any pictures/advice/comments? Thanks in advance, Bob

Yes, its a square net, ribbon style. The problem I'm having is how to attach the forward mount, so it can be easily taken down to make entry and exit easier. Bob

OK, here's mine. I messed up and mounted it on the outside of the cage.

This winter I'll be remounting it to the inside like it's supposed to be

I gather it is legal to have the bottom front rod mounted with a cable or strap? Bob

Yes. Or at least no one has said otherwise to me yet.

it's hard to explain with out pics but here's a try if you use a net with an angle on the bottom .

you can weld two small lengths of tube on the shoulder bar slightly wider than the net. put a rod thru the net and it slides right into those tubes. you put the rod into the front tubes first and slide it toward and into the rear tube. a pin holds it in place.
'I know no pics

Thats what I use for my bottom bar on my net, has
the seat belt lock on top.... right now the top
slides into a tube(like the bottom) at the rear and
the seat belt lock at the front.... I'm going to
change the top rear point to a hinge
