ARP doesnt offer a kit...

Where can I buy a kit?

Or does ARP sell individual bolts so I can make my own kit if I specify the measurements?

Take you bolts and go to a nut and bolt store and get grade 8 or nine the same. No big deal. I ran grade 9 in my 440 for years from spanar fasteners?? Heads and mains!!

Really?????

Man....I dot know...I would have to get "peruvian" grade 8 or 9 bolts...and I dont trust em very much really....at least not on an engine application....Id rather reuse the old bolts!!!

The thing is I can see some pitting on the old bolts.

i used to buy grade 8 bolts from caterpiller, that have a nice thick head and are reasonable priced, they also have hardened washers to fit under the head if you need to adjust the length a little,or just give the bolt a larger clamping area,i used to torque them 125 foot pounds,,should be available at any caterpiller dealer
