Just wondering if it made a difference to how far away you can have your MSD from the distributor. I am wanting to put it behind the front seat in my 70 Dart.

Not sure it makes a difference.

I have mine on the inside firewall by the passenger floor board.

Thank you Bill. I am going to put a passenger seat in my car. Currently I have all my electronics on the passenger side floor.

Most tube chassis cars have them in the trunk. so I think distance is not a problem. Heat is their biggest enemy.
