I had the same experience with the Holley jets. So I have been buying all of mine from Quick Fuel. They are usually cheaper than the Holley jets and I have found them to be right on size. I measure all of mine right out of the package before I put them in to make sure. Quick Fuels are exactly what they say, a 70 is a .070" and not a .0735" per the Holley chart. Sorry, I have no experience with the max jets. Bump

Something to remember. the numbers on Holley jets are mearly a reference number and do not correlate to the jet hole size in thousands of an inch as the Max jets are supposed to.
Clean it, if it's Dirty. Oil it, if it Squeaks.
But: Don't fix it, if it Works!
