We couldn't manage to keep Daniel's car hooked up for one single run. Here is an in-car shot.........you can hear the tires break loose before the 1/8th. While spinning in high gear he managed to run an 8.28 and an 8.29, but couldn't compete with Westcott's .22. Looks like we have some chassis issues to work out.

You guys should have done a pro stock burnout like CW...sub 1.15 60ft would have got him a low 8teen...either way both you guys pretty impressive..Billy

So, that's like 1040-1050 HP out of about 441" max and S/S restrictions.

HP/in­³ would be like 820 HP out of my 346 with factory heads.

I sort of wonder why CW doesn't just go Pro Stock racing? I think they already build Comp engines, so why not step up. I don't know what else is to be proved in SS for them.

i dont think he makes that much power,, it depends on dyno's but a "real" dyno he would probably be around 1000,, which is still absolutely smokin

I actually asked Ray Barton that exact same question last Friday. In that why hasn’t he ever gone to the pro categories. His exact words were… “There’s no money in it.”
