If the car does not have a fender tag is there a way to tell if it was a factory four speed

It would be very obvious since the frame ballstud bracket and floor tunnel are welded in on most A-B-E cars.

Is there a four speed hump on the interior?

Aside from that the drivers frame rail between the shock tower and the cowl will have a bull stud mount for the Z Bar.
